We provide website development, ready products, hosting, corporate mail and other IT services. The exact scope and price are agreed separately for each project.

2. Orders and payment

Work starts after the order is confirmed;
Payment is usually staged (deposit, milestone, delivery);
Prices and terms are stated clearly in the contract or proposal.

3. Client responsibilities

Provide required materials and information on time;
Keep provided credentials secure;
Use the services lawfully.

4. Intellectual property

After full payment, the agreed usage rights to the delivered work pass to the client. Code Symphony's internal tools, code libraries and the source rights of ready products remain protected.

5. Warranty and support

After delivery we provide technical support and bug fixes for the agreed period. Issues caused by external factors (hosting, third-party services) are assessed separately.

6. Limitation of liability

Code Symphony is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

7. Suspension of service

Service may be temporarily suspended in case of breach of terms or non-payment.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. The latest version is published on this page.
